This applet generates the directed graph G(n) for optimal conflict-avoiding
codes for three active users using techniques
described in a paper
that will appear in the 2005 IEEE International Symposium on Information
Theory, and is entitled
Optimal Conflict-Avoiding Codes for Three
Active Users by V. I.
Levenshtein and V. D. Tonchev.
The applet was developed by Amin Y. Teymorian during the NSF sponsored REU program held at Michigan Technological
